Love It
I adore my stove. Everything and I mean everything works perfectly. I apprciate the stylish look and the steam cleaning feature. The fact that I can use it as an Air Frier just scores more points. The grill and wokfeature…excellent. As to light and not lighting I read the directions and followed them and i have yet to have an issue with lighting. This replaced the appliance that is the new big thing. I will say this is every bit an equal and I changed because I could not stand the mixed metal on the big name brand. We sould all have such problems! However like iI said this is equal to if not better.

Awesome range, very happy
Really happy with my new Forno Lazio Full Gas 30″ range. I did research it well because of some negative reviews, but figured they were mainly because the range had not been correctly set up, especially after conversion to LPG which I needed to do. So I made sure I followed every step in the clear instructions as there’s more involved in just swapping the jets. 2 air holes have to be reconfigured, an internal regulator set for LPG and each flame dial has to be adjusted to set the minimum flame hight. This stove is highly adjustable and I am delighted with how both the burners and oven now function. Customer service was really helpful and even shipped me the small screwdriver required to adjust minimum flame hight on each burner. Everything works great and I have not experienced the oven flame extinguishing when the door is closed. The oven heats up very quickly and is well insulated so retains heat. I could never go back to my old stove, totally worth spending the extra money on this Forno pro-style one.Pros:Great quality beautiful stove, with lots of stainless steel. Very heavy and well constructed.Beautifully packaged for safe shipping, my unit had no damage.Very hot oven, finally proper bakery style crusts on my loaves :-)Very large hob area.Excellent range of flame hight on each hob burner.Barely anything electrical to fail!ConsAdjustment dials do get hot during use, this is not due to heat leakage from the door but conducted heat internally as everything is metal. It’s still fine for me though. If you reduce the oven temperature significantly while cooking you may have to relight the flame. Once you know it’s not an issue.I don’t normally write long reviews, but felt it necessary this time as it seems to me Forno has received unfair criticism when in reality this Is a very good product. Just be willing to spend a little time to set it up correctly 🙂

Cooktop is great, oven is not! Oven temp very hard to control; customer service run around
The positive: 1) Looks great 2) well constructed with quality materials 3) 5 top burners are powerful 4) one piece enamel cooktop is easy to clean 5) added accessories like the two-sided grill and wok ring are nice.I think, however, the negatives concerning the oven outweigh the positives. Given all the trouble I have to go through to use the oven, I do not think this stove is worth buying. I believe “forno” means “oven” in Italian. This is ironic because the oven on this particular model is very difficult to use. DO NOT BUY this stove/oven if you are a baker. I like to bake and bake enough that I really regret ignoring the negative reviews about the oven. Negatives about the oven: 1) The oven temperature knob is not calibrated to the temperature gauge or the external thermostat 2) The oven temperature runs approximately 40 to 60 degrees hotter than the dial indicates, and this is NOT predictable (I could live with knowing the oven runs a definite number of degrees hotter than the knob temperature) 3) The gas burner at the bottom of the oven goes out very easily when closing the door, which is VERY DANGEROUS and frustrating. You have to monitor this constantly. I exchanged countless emails with a CS rep who kept sending me the same links to Forno videos about making adjustments concerning the miscalibration of the actual oven temp, the thermometer and the knob. One video suggested purchasing a digital thermometer ($30) to know the internal temperature. I did this, but I have to ask – WHY is the oven not calibrated correctly BEFORE leaving the factory? Other owners have encountered the EXACT same problem, and have contacted CS, so obviously there is a problem that needs to be addressed at the factory. An owner of a brand new oven should not have problems right away and then be sent video links to make adjustments. The last email I received from Forno CS was a request that I make a video showing the temperature difference (on the external digital thermometer, purchased separately) and describing the problem. I made the video. When I asked where to send the video, the CS rep wrote back and asked me to do yet one more thing. This time I needed to allow 20 minutes for the oven to preheat and then wait another 10 minutes for the temperature “to settle”! Sorry, but this is going too far and insults me as a buyer and owner. Forno advertises a 2 year warranty, but what good is a warranty if the company keeps giving an owner the run-around. This, in fact, is a waste of time and energy. I cannot recommend this model Forno gas stove/oven.

Lseo.. Lazio… Same Range Different Year
We purchased this range, then called the Lseo, in 2020, from a big box retailer (not Amazon). The first one that was delivered was a lemon. The oven would not stay lit after one use. The replacement has been better, however, the oven is still difficult to use, and will go out if you’re not careful. One of the burner valves broke internally (spring) and now we have to light the center/wok burner manually. Forno is happy to sell parts, but I can’t find service in my area. Two years in, I bought an extended warranty, and recently decided to file a claim. They came back and said they couldn’t service it (affordably), and refunded my entire purchase price in the form of a gift card. So now I have a mostly functional, “free range” range. Heh. The gas cooktop, aside from the valve issue, is fantastic. The oven, not great. So minus two stars for the oven and build quality.

It is a great stove.
I’m very pleased with my stove. It was easy to install and works very well. The flames are easy to adjust. It comes with clear instructions. Also the people at the company seem to really care about their customers. The ship by date will probably be later than the one you are given upon purchase , but to be expected with an appliance.
