The unit is a good size to lay over lower back, a leg, shoulder etc. the various light levels and multi heat are exceptional. It is light weight and soft material. The unit needs to be plugged in to work so you will need to be close to an outlet.

This is very good for healing body parts. Very good for sore backs, neck, shoulders. I had red light therapy before but not in my own home. Itâs great to be able to use this in my bedroom, living room, office, and it has such incredible benefits for healing and pain relief. The value of this was too good to pass on. The size is perfect for just about anything. It goes up to 90 minutes at a time, it has 3 light settings, and 5 modes. Very versatile. Very long cord!! Great highlight! Very functional.

I am a big fan of red light therapy and this large pad is easy to use and has multiple heat and lighting settings. While I am not sure how or if the lighting variations make a difference the heat/red light does make a difference. My shoulder and hands are the most effected by the craft that I do. I have also used it to place around my back with the strap that is included. It does help hold the pad in place. The cord is a good length, however I do wish it was a tiny longer so I could be a little farther away from the outlet, but an extension cord does solve that problem. The pad has a pocket to keep the remote in when wearing if that is what you want. Overall it has been helping my shoulder.
