Easy to just put in place and plug in.
Looks great in bar area. Less expensive than other ones I was looking at. Itâs been working great for 4 months. I donât hear it at all. Definitely keeps drinks perfectly cold. Nice bright light. I changed the side the door opened- that was a little more difficult than expected but got it done by myself.

Very nice
This chiller is great. Packaging was extremely good. Only assembly required is attaching door handle – 2 screws. We set it up, plugged it in and allowed it to run a bit longer than the recommended 2 hours before loading it with drinks. Drinks chilled up quickly after that to a great temperature at default setting. Particularly like the fabrication of the pull-out shelves – they are strong and sturdy with a lip to keep drinks from sliding out, and can be removed to change internal configuration. Adjustable feet for easy leveling. Perfect size and sleek look.

Be careful with this seller. His integrity is out the window if item doesnât and realize that you have to pay for shipping his items back even when they are at fault. Item looks nice but failed miserably.

Great cooler but 1 big problem
We bought 2 for our pub and they would get 5 stars except the doors don’t close well enough and we have found them open too many times. There is not a good enough grab and the door bounces open about an inch which makes it hard to notice! We now know to stand there and make sure the door is closed before walking away but whenever a new person is helping, or we get really busy, they are found open from time to time and this isn’t good at all. Otherwise, they work very well and look nice. Oh, the lights inside aren’t bright enough either.

Great fridge, but canât place cans upright
The fridge is great and I do recommend however unlike the photo the cans cannot stand without tipping over. I think itâs probably better for wine bottles. The racksâ vertical and horizontal supports are not spaced evenly and close enough to support a soda can standing up so had to put the soda cans laying down as they kept tipping over. Also if you do place them upright you have to take out two shelves because of the clearance. I am going to find plexiglass liners for the shelves so I can keep the cans straight.

Great customer service
I wanted to love this but it is absolutely not what I ordered. The description states that it is able to accommodate up to 120 cans and shows the picture. I am now inclined to believe that the cans must be mini cans because there is absolutely no way 120 12 oz cans can fit. I was able to fit 45 regular cans and 9 small glass bottles Big difference from 120 cans. In addition the shelves are not constructed correctly. They are made from heavy duty wire which is great but they are made in a way in which the can is not able to stay on the rack without tipping to the sides. This means that it is best to lay the cans down so they donât tip over. In addition the shelves can slide out but for some reason there is no lip or bar on the sides of the rack to keep the cans in which makes them fall to the floor because they cannot sit on the shelf correctly.The construction seems good but the description is a lie. I am thinking of returning it but it is quite heavy. Would I buy it again knowing what it actually looks like? Absolutely not. If you want to fit more than fifty cans then this is NOT for you.UPDATE: just wanted to say that the company did contact me to help me with my order. Their focus was really on customer service. I will have to say that the fridge itself is a quality product and did cool my drinks correctly. I would not hesitate purchasing something else from this company because of the customer service help I received. It is very rare to see a company stand behind their product. Great company!

Fridge is great – customer service is even better!
I bought this fridge last month and it was STOLEN out of my driveway!! It was the delivery company’s fault, but the seller was amazing at filing a claim, replacing the item and making sure it was delivered to my front door. It works great and fit perfectly in the spot where my old fridge was. Recommend both the item and the seller!
