Good price/great packaging
These are the large bulbs found at hardware stores, Tractor Supply, etc. I had hoped they were smaller, as I wanted one to fit under a cover I have for a hummingbird feeder, trying to prevent frozen feeders. These get instantly hot, and reflect that heat a foot or more. They came exceedingly well packaged, and all four worked. They are sturdy, as I accidentally smacked one against metal and it was fine. This is a good price as compared to buying them individually.

SOLID HEAT LAMPS…
These are four STRONG and bright heat lamps that can be used for any number of reasons. I’ve added them into my bathroom so it stays warm long after getting out of the bath. Generates REAL heat, and does so immediately. The warm red glow is a nice touch as well. Would work great in anything from a chicken coup to a sauna. High quality.

I am using this in a sauna. They work really well. The red light creates a soothing ambience vs if I used a plain clear heat lamp. These are high wattage lamps, so make sure your socket is rated to handle them. Also, I would never leave them on unsupervised since they do get very hot. I think these are a great option for setting up a small home sauna. Highly recommend!

Work well at close range only; Knocked out my dimmer setup
I have mixed reviews on these bulbs. Mostly because of the seller description. When framed as bulbs used in saunas, bathrooms, and for chickens, I presumed that they would have a direct light effect that would generate some ambient warmth. Only the former is correct. When you are *right under* the bulb, the warmth is very nice – I almost wish there were a dial where you could turn it up higher or lower. Which one would think might happen by using a dimmer (though I’d like it warmer than the temp it maxed out at). However, upon plugging the first bulb into my dimmable e26 light setup the bulb lit up but the entire system would no longer dim. The next day when I came to turn the system on, it was completely knocked out. Wouldn’t even turn on. Remove this one bulb? System came back to life, dimming up and down just fine.So, if you want to use this as a warming light for a reptile or tropical plants, you’ll likely have success. If you’re looking for this to distribute heat from a ceiling in a way that warms up your shower during the winter or you want to use it with a dimmer you should probably look for alternative products elsewhere or at least be prepared in advance to return this one if it doesn’t suit your needs.

Fantastic value, bulbs work great!
Great heat bulbs…long lasting!We use these mostly for baby chickens or injured chickens. And our turtle gets one too. ;)Theses bulb have been long lasting and have worked great for our needs. These bulbs are usually always outside and have been pretty long lasting, even under inclement weather conditions.Value for money is GREAT!! I normally spend about half this price on ONE bulb….so, I was very happy to find FOUR bulbs for $32!Overall, very happy with this purchase…will be buying again!

Look great and work well
They really look impressive in my bathroom. It was so nice turning them on for the first time and feeling the soothing heat on my back. Mornings even in Florida can me chilly on a tile floor. I wish I had ordered these sooner. Great quality, gives off heat you can feel immediately. Makes taking a shower much more pleasant.
