Easy to use works well
I found this device to be very easy to use and install. This comes with everything needed to use right out of the box. There is a usb-c charging cable as well as the plug portion which is rare these days, fits well and charged quick.The device is easy to place onto your knee and secure into place via the two velcro straps. Once in place i did not experience any issue with it staying in place during use. Once you power this unit on by holding the power button you will see a colored display which i found easy to read and operate. You merely have to press the button and you will see the response plus an audible tone is heard.This has a patterned vibration/massage with 3 different settings, auto is more of a pattern of the vibration and low and high are just constant but stronger. The high vibration was not too rough but a good level of pressure/movement and the low is pretty light. The vibration does produce some noise but no more then a typical muscle massager. The heat setting works great and even on low produced a good amount of heat that I could feel through my jeans. For the light setting I have no way to measure the value there but it has the light components as stated in the listing.There is going to be some physical limitation with this as the outer shell is hard plastic that does not get any wider of you have large legs or the knee is very swollen this may not fit.

Great red light and warmth, not so great vibraiton noise
I’ve been wanting a knee therapy machine for a long time, so when I got this knee massager, I had really high hopes. Well my hopes were not dashed, but honestly, it’s a bit of a mixed bag, especially for someone like me with some pretty specific needs – large enough to accommodate my fat knees (23″ around at the top above the bend and 19″ below the bend).I’ve had it for a couple of days now, used as soon as I got it.First off, the red light therapy and the warmth are perfect. My knees have been a real pain, literally, for years, and especially in spring when all the weather front comes through. But I’m a big believer in red light so I can usually use that to offset some of the pain. The gentle warmth is really soothing, too. It definitely helps relax those tight muscles achy joints and ease some of the stiffness.And here’s the but… the vibration⦠that’s where things get a little less rosy. It’s definitely on the louder side, which is a bit of a bummer. I cannot really listen to any of my devices or watch TV without turning them up to over takes the noise. And while I appreciate the different strength settings, even the lowest one is a bit more intense than I’d prefer. I tend to use it more for the heat and red light, and just skip the vibration.The adjustable straps are a plus, especially with larger knees like mine. They not only go around, but there is enough extra for them to catch properly along the Velcro and they do a decent job of keeping the massager in place. Though, I will admit, I did make a rookie mistake and put it on upside down the first time! You will see that in my photos, but don’t judge! Thankfully, no harm done, and I figured it out quickly. So, definitely pay attention to the instructions!For someone dealing with knee pain and who likes red light therapy, this definitely offers some relief. The warmth is wonderful, and the red light is a bonus. If you’re sensitive to noise or don’t like strong vibrations, though, you might want to consider that.Overall, for the price, it’s a decent option. It’s not perfect, but it does what it’s supposed to do, and the warmth and red light are a definite win. It’s helped me get some relief, and that’s what matters most.

Absolutely a great device!
Fully charged it up. Took about 3 hours. Love not being tethered to a cord. I do have heavier legs & had no issues with the fit. There still was plenty more usable adjustable straps left over. It was secure on the knee & the straps never loosened while in use. Very easy to use with the instructions & pictures being clear & easy to understand. Yes, there is noise but so much as to needing to turn the volume up on the tv or talk louder when having a conversation. The personal adjustments are very nice & found this to be soothing & comfortable while using. The digital screen faces you so its very easy to make personal adjustments & see what your doing. You simply touch the screen & it indicates exactly what mode your in. It brought comfort to my aching knees. This device will be used on a regular basis. I would recommend this device & found it very helpful & easy to use.
