Idk why thereâs so many poor reviews! This machine came to me well packaged & perfectly intact. I use the eco cycle and it cleans my dishes amazingly. All I had to do for installation is attach it to my sink. Itâs a little bit leaky in my sink (at the connection) I think some teflon tape would fix it.Main issue I had with this: the plastic mechanism it came with to organize the plug & faucet connections did not work. Iâm not sure if itâs the wrong one, but I ended up putting a hook up above where I store this machine so that was he plumbing didnât leak everywhere after use. If itâs not upright the residual water will spill all over the floor.Overall, Iâm very happy with this cute little machine. Now I donât have to do any more dishes!

Only worked for six months
Hoses needed tightened every other use. Eventually started leaking from everywhere. There are no obvious blockages and no food in machine. When contacted black and Decker portable dishwasher department I’ve only gotten voice mail which none of my calls have been returned.

Machine is working fine. But multiple attempts at delivery has dents.
The machine works well and easily. Itâs surprisingly quiet other than moments here or there when a setting changes. There is some dribbling of water after disconnecting the hose and bringing it down for storage.Our issue is with the Amazon delivery or the Black and Decker package protection. Weâve now tried multiple machines and every time, they arrive itâs major dents. The first ones were in the front, so we returned it and tried again. This one has major dents in the back, so I told my husband I just wanted to keep it, but we are frustrated that itâs a $700 machine and we are settling with major dents!We may return it and try again. At least now we know we for sure like the quality and functionality of the dish washing function, so thatâs good. I wish I believed the next machine would arrive without dents, but Iâm afraid it will just keep happening and other reviews complain about the same issue. Black and Decker needs to add more packing protection because I get packages from Amazon and this is not a normal issue.

The cheap plastic piece on back to hold hoses broke the very first time I used it was deliver with a dent in the top corner and I don’t live close to a return storeI love that it’s very quiet when running

Awesome little dishwasher
I was worried when people left reviews saying theirs came destroyed. But I was relived to see it come off the truck with NO DAMAGE to the box or Styrofoam on the bottom. The package was delivered via Amazon fulfillment and I would not be happier with how it arrived. This is a wonderful portable unit and extremely light to move around compared to other units. Opened it up all packaging was good. Unit fired right up with NO leaking.

Will Arrive Damaged!!
I do not know if this is the fault of UPS, Black + Decker, or Amazon themselves and their fulfillment center, but this product arrived destroyed – not once, BUT TWICE.We waited patiently for nearly 2 months for delivery, only to have the machine arrive with significant crush damage to the box. The appliance was either dropped or crushed from some force. The casters on the bottom were shattered, front panel cracked, and the actual sheet metal of the appliance bent and buckled like a crushed can. Amazon was able to sort out a replacement to be delivered through their customer service department – only to have the second one damaged in the exact same way as the first!3 months of waiting and hand-washing dishes, this product is to be avoided until whomever is responsible for such foolhardy shipping measures and a lack of care in product protection. Seems we’re not the only customers with this problem – so save your time and money, and DO NOT buy.

The drainage hose has a tendency to loosen. Water then leaks out. For the third time I am mopping up after flood of water on the kitchen floor. The fitting is plastic and I hesitated to tighten with a wrench but will do otherwise I will not use the dishwasher. Maybe I will glue it. Warning do not leave unattended!

I was hesitant to buy as I read about ongoing damage in delivering by lots of other customers however this is what I needed and there didnât seem to be an alternative Everything arrived fine or so it seemed it appear the cord was cut but the delivery dolly as the cord is poorly positioned in the packagingI canât comment on the machine as I canât use it till I get the power cord replace and you have to go through BLACK AND DECKER to get anywhere and they havenât gotten back to me
