   Horrible Customer Service. Unable to repair over one year of the run around !
   Bosch had a good reputation historically. But I would never buy another Bosch product. Product purchase in January 2022. Installed in March 2022 in new home. Electric oven has never worked. First referred to a Bosch approved local service company by Bosch. They said they don’t service Bosch anymore, but refered me to their new service company. Tech came out said he knew what was wrong and would get part ordered and as soon as it was received he would arrange to install. After numerous follow ups and checking on part status with the Tech he ghosted us. Called Bosch, they had no idea the Company they refered us to was no longer providing service or who the other company was we were referred to. They then scheduled an actual Bosch tech to come out. He said the main board was bad and would replace when he got it. Eventually he did. But didn’t fix the problem. So more time and more parts replacement months later and nope still doesn’t work. He says he doesn’t know what is wrong and he should ask for a replacement. This is a year since installed now. He says call customer service his workpad (ipad type device) goes straight into their customer service system and they will know the status. Call them to schedule a replacement. That call was a run around they knew nothing about the service history (or so they said) including requesting all the paperwork and picture of the serial number again (Which was already sent to them previously). We have been exceedingly patient. But I fear the run around may never end. A year is a long time to wait for a range to get fixed that never worked in the first place ! Yet we still have no working range ! I will update further as this saga continues.
