Great fridge for the price, some minor issues
Pros:- Very quiet and got down to temperature very fast. I’ve only had this fridge for a few days but it’s great so far. I decided on this fridge for my wine storage due to the flexibility even though it is supposed to be a wine and beverage fridge. With many of the other dual zone wine fridges, the top and bottom temperature settings are not fully independent and the two zones are designated (different temperature ranges) for either white (colder) or red (warmer). In addition, the capacity of each section cannot be changed. Most dual zone wine fridges also only have one door so opening to get a red also destabilizes the temperature for the whites. There are many reviews that indicate that this is a problem. I’m currently using the beverage side for whites and the wine side for reds. Both sides have the same very wide temperature setting range of 37F-72C, so if I had to store a bunch of reds I could set both sides to the same temp. A bonus is the independent doors, opening one does not impact the other. I have not measured very high or very low temps yet but my beverage side is set at 50F and the wine is at 55F. After the 24hr post shipment stabilization period, I turned on the fridge with no issues. Temp measurements after just a few hours with my meat thermometer were on target (see pics). What sold me on getting this fridge vs others in a comparable price range was the reviews on great customer service and also the 3 year compressor warrantee that I don’t see with others. The Wine Spectator dual zone is highly rated by a bunch of review sites but crowd sourced reviews indicate poor customer service (even states in writing that you need to pay for shipping back if there are issues).As for complaints I’ve seen in other reviews, they are not issues for me.1. The temp settings are inside the fridge and not on the outside. I don’t intend to change the temp setting often.2. The light doesn’t turn on when the door opens. You can set the light just on or off. It does have a couple of different colors if you want it for mood/ambiance. I just don’t intend on using the light that often.3. Lots of complaints about the bottle capacity not as stated. This is the same for every single wine fridge ever made, just need to read. They all have written statements that the capacity is for a specific bottle type/size if you store them in the direction as instructed. I can confirm that it does store 21 traditional bottles (3 per shelf reversing direction), but not the larger cab bottles that are used today (only 2 per shelf). You might be able to do 2 cabs and a bottle with a longer neck. Again, not an issue for me as I’m using the beverage side for whites, so my total capacity is about 28 cab bottles.4. Doesn’t control humidity. They don’t claim that it does. Most at this price point don’t.5. Some complain that it’s noisy. Manufacturer rates at 41 dB. I don’t have a decibel reader so can’t confirm but I’d say it’s similar to my main refrigerator or quieter. It is completely quiet when the compressor is not cycling. No issues for me.6. There are different complaints about the wood and metal racks catching. So far I’m not having issues. They are sliding fine even loaded with 3 bottles. I like the notch that prevents you from accidentally pulling the shelf out too far and dumping your bottles. The distance between shelves are not adjustable but shelves can be removed to accommodate wide bottles (like champagne). I really like the look of the wood shelves and would love to change the beverage side, but they don’t sell additional ones on their website, only metal ones, but not a big deal.

Sophisticated fridge with lots of storage
After a few impromptu gatherings that lacked wine served at the right temperature, I finally took the plunge to invest in a wine refrigerator to keep my small collection of red, white, rosé, and sparkling. I decided on the Ca’Lefort Wine and Beverage Refrigerator because of its clean and sophisticated design along with a dual temperature zone for beverages and wine. Since my kitchen is not currently being renovated, I have it freestanding near my bar cart but I checked and the dimensions are perfect to fit underneath a standard height kitchen counter or island. The simple lines and modern design — stainless steel French doors with grey tinted glass — make it look just as attractive and a statement piece freestanding near the wet bar.The Ca’Lefort Wine and Beverage Refrigerator can fit about 60 cans of beverages (i.e we pack it with soda and fruit juice) on the left, which we set to 36 degrees F, and about 21 bottles of 750ml wine set to 52 degrees on the right. If you want to fit larger bottles like champagne, it’s possible to temporarily remove one of the six wood trays to make space. I have been using it a lot more than I anticipated and am happy to report that there’s practically no detectable noise coming from the cooling unit.Another pro for the fridge is the grey glass that blocks out most of the sunlight to keep a stable temperature for the wine. The touch panel behind the glass doors make it easy to adjust temperatures to your liking and customize the LED lighting (Soft White, Deep Blue, and Retro Amber). I usually have the lights off but when guests are over, it’s nice to turn it on to create a nice inviting atmosphere. Overall, I definitely recommend this wine fridge for wine lovers or anyone who needs more space to store drinks.

I love the refrigerator.
The refrigerator works as expected. Quiet, doesn’t give out much heat. It is enclosed and under the counter, so I can feel the heat if it is excessive. Capacity is good. Metal shelves are a bit flimsy. It is nice to be able to change the colors of the light but the light is always on or off. I’d rather have the light come on when the door is open and off when closed. Unit is nicely and securely packaged when shipped. I didn’t order one with fancy price tag so I am happy for what it can do. Looks good under the counter inside the enclosure and keeps our drinks cold. I am satisfied for what I got. I could’ve given it a 5 stars, but again the company will have something to improve on. Great product.

I wanted to share a review because buying appliances is not easy and navigating reviews can be tricky because we all have different expectations. I like this beverage fridge! Iâve only had it for a week, so ask me again in a year, but so far so good. Iâm not the scan to see the temp because I need super duper cold drinks type. Iâm the I donât want boxes of seltzer all over the place so I need a beverage fridge to house them and bonus they are nice and cold type. I also wanted something that looks really nice and is quiet. This ticks all the boxes for me. My drinks are cold, the fridge holds quite a bit, and the light inside looks nice. I was contemplating getting a zephyr fridge, which I had seen in person vs this one I bought without seeing in a showroom and Iâm very happy I opted for this one. If it functions well I donât see the point in paying twice as much. Fingers crossed it hold up!
