Furnace quits? Perfect back up!
Pros, this item is small but mighty. I bought our first one two years ago for a higher price at a local store. It heated our entire basement throughout the winter! I purchased a second one from this seller at a lower price. It works perfect and is easy to install. The only con is your electric bill will increase a bit if you run it consistently as I do in the winter.

Hoping mine is just faulty.
I purchased this in the spring last year, intending to use it this winter. It has been hooked up for about a month now and when first used, it did heat up some but seemed nothing like some of the reviews I read. This is in a small 4×8 mud room. Now it wonât heat at all and just blows cool air. Very disappointed and my return window has obviously closed.

Great once the beeping is fixed
We bought this to provide a small amount of heat to the bathroom of our primary bedroom. The bathroom is quite small but we wanted the ability to quickly heat the room while getting ready. While the unit works quite well, the beeping sound is atrocious.we decided not to return the unit and to silence the beeping. Now it works perfectly without the annoying sounds. It was quite easy to modify and took only a few minutes (once I knew what to do). The unit heats up quickly and works great for a bathroom in Southern California. I think it would struggle in the cold weather of the Midwest and Northeast.

This wall mounted heater does the job quite well. It has a remote. It also has 3 heat settings of high (1500 watts), low (750 watts) and econo, where it manages the heat settings itself. The fan is not what I would call noisy, but you can easily hear it. The front panel display is large and easy to read. It might have received a 5, but the beep that it emits when you adjust a setting is cringe worthy LOUD. Actually, it makes the unit literally painful to operate. Was the product tester deaf or did the unit make him that way? I checked the manual – there is no setting that I can find for “beep volume”.Its a decent heater that assaults the ears every time you use it. Its bad… really BAD.I find no fault with the unit as far as a wall mounted heater goes. Its fairly quiet and seems to put out some decent heat. I’d call the air flow gentle. Its in use now, but come the Spring I’m going to open it up and eviscerate the beeper in the most sadistic way I can think of. I could be deaf by then.

Heater pumps out barely warm air and I can’t really feel the difference in low and high temps. either mine is defective or its not.I am disappointed in the unit (bought it for my 5th wheel) thought it would have actually pump some heat out at 5 degrees Celsius. would not recommend it unless its a super small room. nice design though..
