Very disappointed the belt was defective and brok as soon as we tested it with nothing in it.
This dryer is not what I was expecting. It’s tiny and the parts are cheap. I turned it on and it makes a awful sound, after checking it out the belt has a flaw in it and I’m very disappointed in it. I was expecting a better made dryer with much better parts.

Donât Buy It
Donât do it! It worked fine for a couple months. Then when it quit I spent 2 hours on hold multiple times each and no one will answer the phone for a warranty claim, parts assistance or service. Steer clear.

So far so good!
The dryer arrived in a timely manner, and worked as described. Dried one load of clothes (around 13 lbs) so far, which took only 90 minutes.

No Service on a new dryer
Within 2 weeks of operation, the dryer began making noises and putting grease on my wife’s white shorts. I have emailed and called and they do not return any correspondence.
