A return sold as new?
Not installed yet, but when unpacked, the soap/softener dispenser had water in it suggesting the unit is a return or reconditioned. May be a return.

Does not dry well
This product is perfect for an r v It does not dry your clothes all the way.

Had to keep resetting dry cycle every hour and took 4 hours for clothes to dry

WAY TOO SMALL
Look at the specs it’s less than 2 foot wide and even smaller on depth .. I guess if you need a coat washer this would work….
