Flame-out problem with one of the burners.
I have a problem with one of the burners, the large one. The flame will light but would not hold. It seems like I have a problem with the thermocouple flame-out device. I followed the instructions given in the user manual but still the flame would not hold. The small burner is fine, no problem with it. I purchased the stove in October 2023 and sent it over to the Philippines. When I came home to the Philippines in February, 2024, I went ahead and installed the stove and use a regulator. Replaced the nipples for LPG propane.Please help me with this issue.NOTE:Please keep the knob switch pressed for six seconds to turn on the thermocouple flame-out failure divice system after ignition. If you release the knob directly after ignition, the gas stove will automatically extinguish the flame because the flame-out failure divice is not turned on.

I FEEL SCAMMED BY THE SELLER
The seller of this product knows what he is selling, which is why he does not allow returns. I bought two and both are in poor assembly condition with a leak due to the valves where it is not safe to use it. My opinion is a terrible product. If you want to keep your house away from a fire, don’t buy it, the dis are going straight to the trash right now

So the one burner didn’t work out if the box and customer support was very well covered on all bases and offered some cash in return and suggest that it could be fixed at my own accord. considering this is a non returnable item,i was given some cash backCustomer service was well responsive, professional, and a willingness to assist.The product assembly line needs to check the automatic flameout devices on both burners. A faulty automatic flameout device just doest keep your flame lit so just need it replacedIf you do change these devices on your own accord wear gloves as sheet metal is sharp ar edgesOverall even tho the product came faulty customer service was responsive and detailed.

A little disappointed with the connection of the hose. Just a fitting to hose Barb. Witch is worthless as any propane hose as to be crimped on fittings and has to be certified that’s at least in Canada ð¨ð¦
