Love it!
First of all I love that you just have to hang this up, and plug it in and that’s it. No electrical work necessary. I have this hanging up in the middle of my gazebo. Sometimes we just need a little extra warmth and this is perfect. I do have a huge patio heater out there but sometimes that is way too much heat.

CHEAP- Not Enough Heat at all!
I wanted to like this heater but was quite disappointed. This unit isn’t less expensive than others like it so I thought it would be good. It feels like a toy, light metal housing, but maybe it heats well! UGH, I hung it up in my workshop for testing. I had planned on using 3 in an outdoor covered deck/patio.In the shop of 60 degrees, hanging at about 7ft (1ft lower than what I plan to hang in the patio) I felt only mild, mild heat; not nearly good enough. I learned from this experience that the 1500w heaters have no place outdoors. I plan to return this unit and seek the 3000w 240vac units. To bad, I like the look of the circular heaters since they will be adjacent to ceiling fans. Unfortunately the 3000w heaters only seem to be linear units.

Not as much heat as expected.
This hanging heat lamp is so versatile, you can move it anywhere you want! It has a nice length power cord attached and a chain to hang it with. Super easy to set up, just hang where you want it, plug it in and enjoy the heat! The remotes make it even easier to operate. I would refrain from hanging it in an area that isn’t enclosed as it doesn’t produce as much heat as I anticipated, but if you have a small work shed that needs heat, this might work!

Awesome for the patio. We just got this and hung it but it offers some really great heat. It is so nice on the back patio and it is very durable.

Looks great but did not work for me.
When I saw this electric patio heater I thought it would be a great tool to heat a small area of our patio for some of our pups to use in the winter. When I received it I was really impressed, it looks great, a very rustic vibe, well built overall.It was very easy to hang from the patio cover with the included chain and buckles. I ran the extension cord and then opened the instructions.I quickly read through the short instruction book which was a little confusing, it seems the heater only works with the included remote, you can’t just unplug it and plug it back in. The remote does work just fine so that is not a negative at all. Just something to keep in mind.As far as the operation, I turned it on with the remote and it started to glow a nice orange.Unfortunately I didn’t sense a whole lot of heat from it. I could feel warmth if I held my hand a foot or two from it but not any further. I don’t believe it will work for me, perhaps in a very small, enclosed area.

Patio Heater
This is the ideal patio heater for a small gathering of 4-6 ppl. It comes fully assembled and it’s very easy to install and operate. I think it’s an excellent value. I’d buy it again.
