Best upgrade decision weâve made
So glad we decided to upgrade to this dishwasher! We actually installed ourselves and it was fairly easy, especially after realizing to access the water connection you need to lay the dishwasher down (the manual actually does say this but we were trying to hook it up like our much older one). Some things I absolutely love: there is enough space to fit tumbler cups or water bottles in the top rack, the way the top rack is structured means I can fit our baby bottles AND the basket with all the bottle accessories in the same space. This used to take up basically an entire side of my old top rack so this small change makes a world of difference to us. Initially we did not realize that the slatted top of the utensil rack opens and clicks in place so we can fit larger utensils with ease. I love the smart wash feature and am amazed at how quiet this is. The only thing I wish was different is that there was more height in the bottom rack so I could fit a large cutting board. Recommend this!

Great dishwasher and fantastic price.
This dishwasher holds more dishes than anything that I have ever seen! It’s is very, very quiet and has a lot of wash options. The front center screw adjustment is so easy when leveling the dishwasher for installation.

I WISH I COULD RETURN THIS DISHWASHER YESTERDAY!!! 1. The instruction book is written in such fine, small faint print making it difficult to read. Instructions are not clear. It becomes a guessing game as to how to operate.2. I see no warranty relating to this model either on website or in instruction book. 3.The dish trays are thin and flimsy and the so called adjustable top shelf is another faulty claim. 4. If you want to attach the machine to a counter top to avoid tipping, you have to buy another part to do so VERY POORLY DESIGNED.. 5. The front panel to select washing cycle is not responsive. Sometimes I have to turn off the machine and start selecting washing cycle again.THIS MACHINE IS NOT WORTH THE INVESTMENT, CHEAPLY MADE FOR THE PRICE AND CERTAINLY NOT “USER FRIENDLY “. This machine replaced a Kenmore dishwasher that I owned for 14 yrs. I never had complaints about performance or QUALITY of this machine.THIS MACHINE IS A POOR JNVESTMENT AND CERTAINLY A DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE BRAND AND AMAZON CARRYING SUCH AN INFERIOR PRODUCT.

So happy with my new and efficient dishwasher!
Iâve been without a dishwasher for the last 8 months, and finally getting this one has been a huge time-saver! This machine is incredibly efficient and has made my daily routine so much easier. I especially love the adjustable top rack with the easy latch featureâitâs super convenient to lower or raise it depending on what Iâm loading. The utensil basket is also great because you can take it out and even split it into two separate bins if needed. There are plenty of cycles and additional options to choose from, which makes it versatile for different loads. It is quiet when it runs. The food catcher is easy to grab and clean, which is a bonus! Overall, itâs been amazing to have a working dishwasher again, and the dishes come out sparkling clean every time. Highly recommend!

Don’t recommend
Came with broken wheel on rack. Called for replacement on January 12, still have not received it. Now it keeps needing to reset by unplugging it. Of course return window closed, so I’m stuck with a dishwasher I do not like. I wouldn’t recommend.

Instruction manual is in tiny print, gray ink on beige paper. Baskets somehow hold water, so you have to allow hours for the door to remain open before you can put-up the dishes and silverware. I found no way to put dinner plates in so that dried-on food will rinse off. Operating buttons took a great deal of getting-used-to. The “start the wash” button is a right-arrowhead followed by two vertical bars and is labelled “CANCEL HOLD 3 SEC”. What it means is, “Push to start, then cancel, if you wish, by again holding the start button 3 seconds.”

Kenmore 24 Built-In Tub Dishwasher with SmartWash
I am now the proud owner of the black model. installation was a breeze. I am really happy that this energy star efficient- it is helping defer some cost in my monthly utility payments and is helping the environment! Big plus for me. Sleek design with multiple settings – I really am excited about a pots and pans only setting as sometimes those need more attention to clean and so far i have had great results getting those tough cleans done! I love that the racks are adjustable and feel sturdy but light weight. The dishwasher is intuitive and very easy to use.the smart wash feature is great making adjustments based on how dirty the dishes are. I am so happy with my purchase thus far.
