Plastic Frame Burned
The heat output is fine. The controls are not great. There is one knob for all the controls which is not the best and it’s located at the bottom so you need to stoop down to adjust it. And now after a couple of months it does not switch off, so we need to unplug it to turn it off. I would try a different heater before buying this one.Update: Lowered rating from 2 to 1 because the frame started to char and burn. We are lucky it didn’t catch on fire.

Wonderful heat, but has some issues
Just bought Jan. 20. The heater produces a terrific amount of heat, but the sides got burnt around both of the edges after using it for long periods of time on high heat (had it out in the garage during the ice storm). That seems dangerous to me, and makes me wonder if it’s a fire hazard. Also the cord is too short.

Well,it worked well AT FIRST now it appears that an electrical issue is causing the unit to CUT OFF,It is now just sitting here while it is degress outsideI need to stop buying cheap azz consumer grade stuff on here because this is what happens when you buy cheap junkmade in CHINA that is sold on here.

Doesnât rotate; fire hazard | side is burnt after use
Put the item together per instructions. The heater does not rotate. Tried to remedy multiple times to no avail. After 2 uses for one hour each, the sides are noticeably BURNED. I noticed a plastic smell when using the first time but I thought the ânewâ was wearing off. Bought two; returned the other one. Too scared to use this for fear of it catching fire. I wish I could give it a negative rating.

Itâs great if you sit right in front of it. Thatâs about all theyâll do was wishing it would keep the patio warm as some remarks indicated, but that doesnât happen.The cord is also too short. Now after using it for the third time, it does not work at all. Of course. this happened after the return date.
