Defective unit! Horrible customer service! Must read:
I canât think of anything more frustrating than lugging a dryer inside, unpacking it, heaving it up, plugging it in, reading all the directions, putting your clothes in the dryer â¦.and being shocked that it doesnât work when itâs literally brand – new just arrived. THEN having to repack it all and haul it for return shipping!! To add Insult to injuryâ¦They finally authorized the return of the defective unit with the label showing no prepaid cost for shipping!!The machine turns on and I can feel the heat, but the drum doesnât spin at all and after researching the issue itâs likely a drum Belt that slipped off but several YouTube videos confirmed Iâm definitely returning this. last thing I need to do is dig the drill out to unscrew the million bolts in the back to get to the belt-especially when itâs brand new and I paid full price plus shipping. They okâd a return but sent the return label showing I PAY RETURN SHIPPING FEESâ¦. No way are we paying shipping to return a defective dryer we already paid shipping costs on!!!!!!! UGG. Very disappointing!!!!!! Checked BBB. They have an F rating

Small dryer properly vented
Dries about how I would expect. It canât dry a big load but if you keep it small it is ok. Two towels is ok, but three is an issue. Thought it broke after a couple of loads because it didnât seem to get any heat. The next day it worked fine as long as the load is small.

Very Useful to Have
I bought a portable washer and dryer when I moved into a house where I couldn’t hook up big ones. I chose this dryer because I wouldn’t have to vent it out of a window to use it. It fits all of the clothes from a load of laundry done in the portable washer. The lint trap is easy to remove and clean between loads. It runs pretty quietly. The air from the vent isn’t considerably hot. I pay my electric by the day and it doesn’t go up a very noticeable amount on days I use it. My one complaint is that it takes forever to dry compared to what I’m used to. Partly because it doesn’t heat up as high as my normal dryer could and has less empty space than my normal dryer would have. Overall I am super grateful to have this and happy that a dryer without a vent was a viable option.

Won’t shut off and clothes not dry
Had it less than a year (traveled over that time) and already won’t shut off… thankfully my timer reminds me. Just pain to always remember to NOT dry without setting or telling Alexa. There’s better ones, higher rated – choose one of them. Don’t make my mistake. I usually choose them too, don’t know how this one slipped through. After hour, 3 pillow cases, STILL DAMP.

Love my new dryer.
The dryer was received as advertised. I am living in a small apartment(actually a studio) and I already have a washer, so I need a small dryer. This is exactly what I want. It is tiny but powerful enough for myself. It is super easy to understand the instructions and it does its job. It is of good quality at this price. I recommend it to those who live in a small apartment or condo.
