I really like the stay-on feature on this heating pad. It is good quality and coverage enough for any area that needs the heat. I have owned a few of these. They do last a good while and stand up well being used daily. Where we were living used to have a lot of power outages so that would sometimes cause the heating pad control to lapse into a coma that it never came out of. But this pad is a good value so I replace when needed. It has lots of settings for level of heat. I have noticed that they tend to be thicker than the cheaper heating pads. I have one I got at walmart that was cheap and I can feel all the wires when using it.

A warm solution!
Great little heating pad! Bought it for my senior cat to warm her old bones, then found it works great to heat the foot of the bed for bedtime! So we’re both enjoying it greatly!! It is a soft, very comfy texture. It does not get overly warm, and it has an auto shut off feature for safety. Very sturdy as well, it rolls up and we can store it when not in use.

I had a similar pad from a different company and it didn’t last long before the error code. The other company also had an extremely difficult return policy. Pure Enrichment seems to have a more user friendly policy and much better in person support.On this pad the first thing I noticed is where the cord connects to the pad. It has two spring loaded clips that prevents it from becoming unplugged accidentally. On my old pad that was always an issue and every time it became disconnected I had to unplug it from the power source and then plug it back in. That sucked especially when you’re all tucked into bed.The second thing I liked is the controls. It’s large and designed well with a bright display. With the lighted display, size and design it’s perfect for using in the dark.This pad also has decent heat.Like I said. So far so good.

Very Good Heating Pad!
I purchased a different heating pad, disliked it a lot, and returned it about one week before I decided to try again. I am so glad that I did because I am impressed by this one and it is very helpful. Itâs heating capabilities even exceed my need at times, and it easy to adjust the heat settings and the settings for timed use. The outside of the pad is soft and nice. I have only had this for a short time but it is supposed to be machine washable also. So far I have nothing but good things to say.

Good size for heating my feet. I put this in between my bed sheet and my comforter near my feet. I turn it on b4 I get in bed at #5. It keeps my feet warm! The controller is easy to maneuver with adjustments from 1 – 6. A good value: well made, with a 5 year warrantyðð»â¤ï¸

Great , when it actually works
I bought this after reading the Wirecutter review, which mentioned that some testers found that the pad would cool down after about 30 minutes rather than the advertised 2 hours, requiring the user to turn it off and on again to reheat. Mine had that issue after just 10-15 minutes on. I contacted Pure Enrichment customer service who sent me a free replacement unit, but right out the box this new one has the exact same problem. It doesnât fully turn off, just dips down to about the 1 heat setting (which if you have it at 4-6 is a pretty drastic change).When sending the replacement the customer service rep noted that âwe are shipping your replacement product as a one-time courtesy, as this issue does not qualify for a replacement under the warranty,â so it doesnât really seem worth it to reach out again. Itâs pretty annoying but far from a huge issue, I mostly just wish it could stay warm without needing to be reset for longer stretches of time. Especially since clearly this is a problem they are aware of.Otherwise when itâs actually at temperature itâs very comfortable and the heat levels are great.

I’ve used this heating pad as a mini electric blanket in my bed to keep my toes warm when going to sleep in a cold room. I like that it turns off after 2 hours, as I only need help warming up when I first get into bed. It’s easy to operate and I would definitely buy it again. Good value overall.

I grew up with a heating pad and wanted one for myself that lived up to the one my family had. It did not disappoint! I love the soft outer cover and the ability to wash it. It took a while to heat up but once warm was great. I only wish there were a higher heat setting than 6 but it does work quite well. Even my dog loves it! Well worth the money. The quality is great.
