Our Story
Before we built our saunas, we tried, tested, and heavily researched all the leading saunas on the market, and the results we found were frightening. Most of the saunas being sold today miss the whole point of being medical. A great sauna should help relieve pain, detoxify your blood, improve joint health, and reduce arthritic pain at a minimum.
Unfortunately, most saunas fail to meet this basic threshold. Even worse, some of the saunas we tested cause more harm than good. We looked up each sauna’s EMF ratings, and found that some of them had much higher emissions than they were rated for, which is deceptive.
If a company would lie about that, what else aren’t they telling you? Because saunas are so popular, most saunas are made just to cash in on the sauna craze. They are poorly made with shoddy materials and provide practically no health benefits.

Because we design our saunas from scratch, we could have created our sauna out of any type of material we wanted, but after years of research, we decided to use natural hemlock for its medicinal and structural qualities. Hemlock hardens as it ages, meaning our saunas can actually get more durable the longer you own one. Hemlock is also known for its astringent properties, meaning it helps cleanse your skin, which enhances the already powerful detoxification benefits of Medical Saunas. I used to go to the sauna at the gym. It was 15 minutes away and that didn’t bother me much until they started renovating the gym and told me I couldn’t use it for a few months because of construction. I had back surgery and the only thing that would help the pain was the sauna. Without the heat from the sauna, the pain was hard to bear.After doing a lot of research I bought the Medical 4. There was a lot of doctors behind it so I gave it a try. I didn’t think this sauna would be better than a commercial grade one at the gym, but it is. It was easy to setup and loaded with features. It comes with aux connection so I can plug in spa music and relax for an hour. I feel much more comfortable at home because I don’t have to deal with anyone else using the sauna. I feel much healthier and less stress, especially when I can use it in at home.The best part is turning it into a sauna yoga room. I was never a yoga person before but after getting the sauna, I’m able to remove the benches and turn it into a yoga room and do stretches while my body warms up. This is the best thing in the world. The sauna is large enough to stretch your muscles and it feels just amazing in the heat.I’m glad they had to renovate the gym, now I don’t have to deal with all the traffic and everyone else’s sweat. This sauna is hard to find. They donât advertise it much. I got thesauna and have been using it for 3 months now and it is wonderful. Ithas everything you want and more. Unlike my parentâs sauna, you canremove the benches and turn it into a sauna room. The price isoutstanding. They spent $15k for their sauna and they love this one muchmore. It’s well built. The benches are longer so it is very comfortableto lean back and relax on. The heaters are all over the sauna and theyheat up much faster than her sauna. It also looks amazing, there areglasses on 3 sides. It makes your house look elegant.It’s also easy to use. The control panel is simple. I donât like thingsthat are complicated. Everything is a one push button. Whatâs great ismy wife who said she wouldnât use the sauna if I bought it ended upusing it twice a day. Thereâs not a lot of technology out there than canmake you feel so much better. With this sauna, your entire body warms upand you just feel rejuvenated.

Fantastic customer service
We bought our sauna for or new home but had to do some remodeling. We did not unpack order assemble it until months after we received it. When we finally did open the packaging we found that one glass piece was broken. I contacted the company months later and they were able to send the replacement part..We needed a replacement’s part broken piece of glass. . Very impressed with the responsive customer service. Electrician has to finish wiring for the outlet we need. So I canât comment on its functioning but it looks beautiful and the service was fantastic so Iâm encouraged. Will update once itâs plugged in s c workingHave been using it for about a month super happy. Buyer Beware
After much research I decided to go with this unit for many reasons…the full spectrum and removable bench to name a couple. More expensive than many but all the key points made it seem worth it. Sauna doesnât look like the picture. Walls and glass didnât line up and the door is a nightmare and still doesnât close all the way. The light doesnât work, they said theyâd send a new one….never received. You cannot remove the bench in this unit to do hot yoga because the side panels on the heaters block you from moving the bench out. A real simple design fix that obviously no one paid attention too. It does have 8 heaters and I do sweat. I am simply disappointed with the quality and deceptive advertising. I could have paid half the amount of money and gotten the same thing. Hopefully they will fix these issues for the future.

Be Healthy, Live Healthy – Medical 4 Sauna
Iâve utilized dry and steam saunas for a good portion of my time at the gym to help burn calories, rid myself of toxins and just wind down after a workout. Iâve found that the comfort of the sessions varied based upon a number of variables – inconsistency in heat levels, number of people in the sauna at a time and cleanliness of the units.I can say the convenience factor and consistency of being able to use my own sauna has been a huge plus over the past couple months. Knowing itâs available whenever I want is a big deal, no closing time or holiday constraints, along with just knowing who and how my sauna is being put to use definitely offers peace of mind.I found with a 2 person approach, setup of the unit is fairly quick and easy. The medical 4 sauna doesnât take up a ton of space, but does provide plenty of room inside for a relaxing and comfortable session. I particularly like the glass front, which compliments the rest of the room with itâs sleek modern design. The controls are pretty straight forward and easy to operate. Depending on the heat setting desired, I would say 15-20 minutes to fully warm up. It doesnât take long to work up a sweat and feel penetration from the full spectrum heating units. The chroma-therapy lights, oxygenizer, and speaker system are all nice touches to finish off the unit.I would highly recommend the Medical 4 Sauna to achieve a healthier lifestyle!
