Very impressed
The PT-35 insulating enclosure is near perfect (so far). Usually items like this are rough cut and sized but this? Fits my DC refrigerator/cooler like a glove. Seems to be of really nice quality, vents, holes, plastic window, charging area access, everything is exactly where it should be. No slop. And not overly loose.After you put your (PT-35) cooler in the case from the top, snug up the bottom and then pull the top portion down just about an inch to zip the cinching zipper that goes all the way around the unit.I donât throw stars around, but this is impressive. Kudos to SetPower for keeping it quality.

Best customer service experience ever!
I think my product either got the wrong shipping label attached and sent to the wrong address. As it was delivered to another state than I live in. Reached out to seller and they made sure I got the product I ordered in a timely manner. Kept me updated on new tracking info. Great customer service ð ð ð Product is great and better than expected. Kind of a pain to put on by one’s self when the cooler is full. That’s on me though. I was impatient to test it out. Nice snug fit seems to have good insulation from sun and ambient heat in a vehicle. Highly recommend! Even if you only need it for protection from bumps and scratches.

Does What It Says It Will Do
I purchased this along with the PT35 and they have been together since moment one in my possession.To be honest, I don’t have a sense of how the PT35 performs without this cover… but with it, it handled direct sun exposure in SE Idaho in mid August while only pulling ~35 watts from my solar generator to keep both the fridge and freezer side at 39 and 10 degrees, respectively.I think it’s clean looking and does exactly what it says it will do. Solid.

Great fridge, but warms quickly
1. Cools fast2. Can freeze in either side; likewise either side could be fridge; or both freeze, or both fridge3. Gaskets on lids would be nice if a little thicker for more positive seal4. Fridge when off will warm very quickly according to its built in temp sensors displayed. Could be due to location of sensors, did not toss in a separate thermometer5. Lid latch mechanism is suspect. Catch actually flew off a couple times. I was able to reinstall, but is a weak spot. Need to close slowly, and perhaps open catch before closing to prevent. Donât just flick the lid down when closing and slam. It doesnât like that.Itâs not a high end fridge, but youâre not paying high end fridge price. Other than lid catch and lid seals, which could be a little bit better, really quite a good system.

Cover fits perfectly, just make sure to unzip all zippers before trying to fit the fridge in it. Definitely helps keep the fridge cold, and saves power needed to keep it running using a battery pack.

Excellent product for the price
If you have been thinking about buying a 12V fridge and this one is on your radar, buy it. I have been wanting one for a while now and have done a lot of research. I was in the market for a budget fridge in the 42 to 53 quart size range. I picked this one up on a lightening deal for 288. It works great and I like the fact that they warranty the compressor for 3 years. It is very efficient and actually pulls a little less wattage than stated. I used it on a camping trip and ran it with my Yetti 400. It worked great.I would suggest setting the temperature about 5 degrees less than your desired temp. It seems a little off.The only complaint I have about this fridge is the handles. They are sturdy but the metal handles are loose in the plastic mounts and they can rattle around. A little tape around the ends should fix that and they do stick out a little. If they had the same style of handles as the BougeRV 53 quart, it would make this the perfect budget fridge!
