We love our heaters. We have two for a 400 sq foot area. The heat warms the area and helps take the dampness out of the air. There is a master on/off switch on the heater. I like this for safety. The remote is easy to use. You can turn the heater on/off and switch between the two levels of heat which are plenty.The heater looks good and is well made.

Trying to figure out how to control temperature in a room
This baby throws heat… Hooked to a thermostat in a 100 sq foot room when the thermostat cuts the power when it reaches temperature the heater won’t turn back on when room falls below temperature…. Still investigating this

This heater was excellentâ¦for almost 2 weeks before it decided to shut down mid-shift. Tried the troubleshooting, no dice. Thought Iâd reach out to seller and do an exchange or warranty and within a couple of days, we got it.Ordering another as staff really like this unit (they are in a 7ft x 7ft area with outside door opening constantly).Really the unit is awesome and the seller as well.

Excellent heater for my deck! Sometimes itâs just a little chilly outdoors on the deck but you still want to stay outside. This heater heats fast, has 9 levels of heat and can slowly oscillate to spread the heat evenly. It has a timer to ensure you donât forget to turn it off. It has a remote to control. I had a really hard time getting the batteries into the remote, it was a very small screw and the lid has a strong spring, and it was very difficult to get it in without the lid springing across the room. Having that small of a screw really wasnât necessary. And very inconvenient. Other than that little frustration it is fantastic heater.

Unfortunately, when set on high, it frequently tripped my breaker, and using a lower setting didnât provide sufficient warmth outdoors unless you were very close to it.I was initially excited after watching video reviews on YouTube that praised its performance. However, I began to question the authenticity of those endorsements, as they seemed overly positive and may have been influenced by sponsorship.On the positive side, the product is well-constructed with minimal plastic, which is definitely a plus. However, I believe a more reasonable price point would be around $89.99 on sale or $119.99 as a regular price, rather than the $320.00 I paid.At under $90.00, I think it would be a solid choice for indoor use, but it might not be suitable for outdoor settings.

The package comes with the main heater, remote (batteries not included), fireproof bracket, and a manual. The only assembly needed was to attach the fireproof bracket. The purpose of this bracket is that if the heater tips over, this bracket will prevent the actual coils from touching anything. On the heater, there is a on/off button at the back on the bottom. There is one knob/button at the top. This button performs all the operations (if you don’t want to use the remote). You can turn it to select between the 8 levels of heat indicated by red lights. You can then press the button which will then turn the light green and you can now turn the knob to select between the 8 hour period length (from 1 to 8). If you hold the knob down, it will activate the oscillating feature. All of those feature can also be done via the remote.When you turn it on for the first time, you will get with off putting odor. This is natural but will eventually go away. According to the manual, it states outdoor use only. But if you use indoor, please be cautious of where the placement.In terms of actual heat, it does get hot so I like the different levels of heat. Overall, great product.
